My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the lush garden surroundings and great selection of restaurants provided a pleasant atmosphere. However, the room cleanliness was a significant letdown and the staff's welcoming nature could use improvement. While the beach was lovely and well-maintained, this hotel needs a refurbishment to meet higher standards.

This resort is a beautiful spot with a stunning array of international restaurants and a lovely beach nearby. While the overall atmosphere is enjoyable, the service at times didn't meet my expectations, especially regarding some of the facilities and the dining experience. I felt the rooms could use some updating, and the breakfast became a bit monotonous after a few days. Overall, the value for what you get is decent, but there are some areas that could definitely improve.

Our family had a great time at this hotel; the atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for kids with loads of activities while parents could relax. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, although the service could be a hit or miss at times. However, the rooms left much to be desired in cleanliness and comfort, which was disheartening for a supposed five-star resort.

I absolutely loved my experience at the hotel! The beach access was a standout, and I had a fantastic time lounging by the pool. The staff was always cheerful and attentive, making my visits truly enjoyable. However, I think the dining options could be broadened for more variety. Overall, it was great value for money, especially considering the beach access fees included food vouchers.
